SAVANNAH 1 – Find the Jackals
When emotions run high, they can play havoc with interpersonal communication - it is very easy to use threats, blame and other "Jackal" patterns. This game will enable learners to become aware and learn how to stay clear of toxic ways of expressing emotions
SAVANNAH 2 – Save the Baby Giraffes
Once learners have become aware of the “don’t’s”, the second game enables them to master the “do’s” of emotionally intelligent communication. They learn how to use micro-skills (“Baby Giraffes”) to express and respond to emotions in a balanced and constructive manner.
SAVANNAH 3 – Face the Challenge
The third game transforms practical know-how into action. Learners apply the previously acquired micro-skills to manage challenging situations. They receive real time feedback from the other players and the facilitator, thus testing their actual effectiveness in emotionally intelligent communication.
